Veterans and Families publishes homecoming preparedness guides, provides a growing informational web portal and on-line support groups. This community based resource was launched as a result of John Henry's own homecoming experience with his son Danny, a Purple Heart recipient returning home to his wife and family having served two tours as a squad leader in the Afghan/Pakistan border region with the Army 10the Mountain Division.
John Henry and his son Danny have been interviewed by national and international radio, television and newspaper organizations such as Peter Jennings World News Tonight, Paula Zahn Now, The Japanese Television Network, The BBC, National Public Radio, KGO San Francisco and many others.
